How do you keep your prices affordable?
I keep my prices affordable by taking shoots at my in-home studio vs renting studio space. I also only offer one style of headshot so it's much faster and easier than custom styles to shoot and retouch.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Most photographers don't offer a guarantee because shoot time is a hard cost. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with the photos taken during your photoshoot you may request a 100% refund at that time. All photos will be deleted permanently.
Can I have all of the pics taken at the shoot?
You will only be provided with the number of photos in the plan purchased. Add'l photos may be purchased at an add'll cost.
Do you offer discounts for repeat clients?
Yes. Existing clients have a lifetime 50% discount off the current retail package pricing .
Do you offer other types of photography?
Requests for other types of photography such as senior/ family portraits, weddings, sports, etc. are welcome and are always approved and priced on a case by case basis.
What if I want to cancel before my shoot date?
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be refunded 100% of the package price. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the package price.
Do you keep copies of the photos from the shoot?
Yes, I maintain copies of the chosen photos for a period of 1 year.
Do you shoot at a studio or on location?
Currently I maintain a studio at my home specifically for headshot sessions. I can book a larger studio or shoot on location if needed. This is always negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Here’s my promise to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with the photos taken during your shoot, just let me know at that time and I will refund you 100% of your money. Very few photographers give this type of guarantee but if you are not happy, I am not happy.
